Hello everyone,
just wondering if people still use this forum to talk during the application cycle..
1 hour ago, FutureSNRA said:My interview didn't go so well and I got several clinical questions. Woo, was not expecting that. LOL. How does everyone else feel about it? Nervous about what decisions they make next week.
Honestly I thought the first one was different. They were very to the point and it took 15 minutes, the second was way better in that they were more personable. I had two clinical questions as well. I’m definitely nervous!
Just happened back to this forum after a discussion on reddit. My interviews last year were both... uncomfortable is the best word I would use to describe it. I couldn't get a read on anyone and had no idea how I had done. I had way more clinical questions than what I was prepared for, and my stats paled in comparison to some of you. They really do take a holistic approach and I feel they look for a mature (not necessarily older) and well-rounded candidate with leadership experience, range of skills, strong essay, etc. Currently finished up my second semester in the program and loving it! Good luck to everyone who has interviewed!
@hopefulfuturesnra someone posted earlier in this specific forum that we'd be notified by Friday of this week (for those who are accepted I presume).
From looking at past forums, if the message is delayed beyond a week, you might be on the waiting list and they're waiting for the first round of those who were given a seat in the program to either accept or decline. They only have a few days to a week or so to give their answer. After they see how many declines they have by the deadline is when they start to get people off the waiting list or send out rejections.
Also, looking at past years, some people were notified earlier than than the following Friday of the next week (I've seen some as early as Tues/Wed of the next week).
Keep hope alive and good luck to you!

I interviewed today and haven’t received mine yet!
