I received an email inviting me to their open house event! Their process of hire is really thorough. They ask you to shadow on the unit you want to interview before your actual interview. Has anyone heard of any typical/atypical interview questions TCH has asked?

Hi All, I confess that I've been trolling all the Dell nurse residency posts. I don't graduate until December but I haven't been able to find any information anywhere on their nurse residency program. Would one of you be willing to point me to the website where you found the info? I found a post that said to go to the job search page and search residency but I could only find job searches for physicians and for other non-nursing staff. Am I just crazy over here? Nonetheless, here's hoping you all hear great news this coming week!

Nothing yet... still waiting to hear back. During the virtual open house, they said they would start sending out offers the week of July 30th, so hopefully we hear back soon within the next few days. This is the longest process ever lol. Good luck!

Nopeee, still nothing yet! And 5 other people in my cohort that interviewed have also not heard anything back yet.

After the last round of applications, it took them 2 weeks after interviews to start notifying people, so we may be in for a wait!

Hopefully not though. Hoping we'll hear back tomorrow since the week is coming to an end!

Laura called on Friday to let us know there was a delay with the recruitment process and that they will resume on Wednesday. That's the only update I've heard, so I think the soonest we can expect to hear back will be Weds- Fri of next week.
