It was step 3 on the application directions you had to click on that link and it pulled up a form where the preferences were. Apps are now closed sadly so you will likely have to send an email asking if you can still submit yours.

hey I did the application and completed the link form too, but you said that was step 3. was there anything else we we're supposed to do?

nope I think I just remember it being listed under step 3 but the app and the form were all that you needed to submit
