Hey everyone! I've been trying to find some information as to when the TCH applications for their Spring wave will be opening. I found the thread for the last open application, fall 2021, and am now wondering when the Spring process will start. Any help would be appreciated! Or just comments to say you're looking too. I can update here with any information I find! ?

I know I didn’t , I tried logging in to see and it didn’t let me. I reached out to the recruiter and hadn’t heard back from her either LOL

Hi guys , not sure if anyone is still checking this but I wanted to ask for those of you who got interviews with nicu . Did you direct your personal statement to wanting to work in the nicu ? Thank you in advance !

does anyone know if the graduate nurses will wear the same color scrubs as regular staff nurses?

Yes, the new grads also wear the Royal Blue color

Hi everyone! I am still waiting to hear back regarding an interview for the next cycle of the nurse residency program. I am receiving offers from other hospitals and am having trouble deciding if I’ll accept one or wait for TCH to start interviews. Would any of you who accepted a position in the Spring 2022 cohort mind sharing the pay rate for new grads?

I don't remember the exact questions but I know it was the pretty general ones you find people saying they got asked if you watch any residency interview videos . I will say try to have situations in mind that you can relate back to on how you handled a problem with a coworker or even a customer , how you juggle a busy load . Those are 2 I know I remember . They do utilize star format but they know you're not that familiar with it so it's okay if you don't have that down pack
