Hello, Everyone!

I wanted to create this thread to connect with students who have been accepted into the online family nurse practitioner MSN program at Texas A&M University for Summer (full-time) or fall (part-time) 2021. Please post your comments, questions, and concerns as we try to navigate this great undertaking together!

Excited to meet all of you ☺

Hello! I was accepted into the part time program! I am also interested in chatting with others in the program.

I also got admitted for part time Fall 2021. Nice to meet you all.

Nice to meet you both! I will be starting the full-time program this Summer. Have you received any info yet on how to log into CastleBranch? I'm excited to start early in June, but I'm also nervous that I will miss important deadlines for background checks, drug testing, immunizations, etc. I check my email daily, but have only received the New Student Guide.

Good luck in the program! ??

I have not either. They made it seem like it was so important to get it done ASAP! But I’m sure they will give us enough time. I just filled out as much as I could and gathered all my documents so I’m ready to go!

Good luck to you too!

Hey guys, I got working on my CastleBranch stuff. I've got most of it in, but my Hep B titer got rejected because they need a "lab report". I got it done through employee health so all I have is the record they printed out with all my immunizations. Have y'all had any luck? I'd hate to repeat it if I didn't have to.

I would email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) at (MODERATOR EDIT OF EMAIL). He is the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for the College of Nursing. He has responded to a few issues I've had with CastleBranch as well. It is my understanding that the CON is able to contact CB and have some rejected documentation approved (on a case-by-case basis). I hope this helps!
