Hey Everyone!! I plan on applying to TAMUCC for spring 2018 eline. I haven't seen any threads about spring 2018 so I thought that I would start.
My stats
Overall GPA 3.7
Science GPA 3.5
I plan to take the Hesi in may.
I do have a few questions. Is foreign language required to apply? Can you take patho and pharm at another four year university or do you have to take it at TAMUCC. If there is anyone currently in the program I would love to get your insight on the program.
I talked to the girl on our checklist, I don't have it in front of me but I think it's Martinez? She said she would email us when she heard back from BON. I'm going to give it until the end of the week. If nothing I'll contact her again next week. Making me nervous...
Orientation Is Jan 9th. everything is due the first day of class, if you dont have it done then it NEEDS to be done before our first clinical or it will result in a clinical warning, you can only get 3 or you will be out of the program.

I still have not been able to schedule the fingerprinting!! scary since BON clearance is required before class starts...ugh...
My advisor told me, and other students have also asked theirs and confirmed that date. They haven said the times though but it's usually an all day thing so expect something like 8am-3ish.
What's the hold up on your fingerprints? I did mine The end of October, idk exact date but it was like a week after we got our letters. Other classmates weren't able too but we all got the email giving everyone the go ahead?
I see......well, as far the fingerprinting, I don't know what's the hold up. I was told the same thing...to wait for that email notification..nothing yet!! lol.. will keep waiting....
I am not alone on this boat! I am doing the ELine-Military track, which I was told by the advisor, the process is a whole lot different than traditional and ELine. It was just last week I was told by the school to wait for the email, still waiting...lol...
If I applied for Summer 2018, when would I hear something? I talked to the lady at the front desk and she thought I would know before Christmas. Is this correct? I will need enough money for the semester and If I find out too late I might not be able to secure that much money, and I can't apply for scholarships without an approval letter. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
