Tetanus vaccine swelling

Hi,

I got a tetorifice vaccination about a month ago, and when I recived the injection a lot of blood shot out after the needle was removed. The next day I had a lot of swelling that seemed to travel down my arm over the next couple days affecting an area of about 4 or 5 inches starting about 2 inches above the elbow. It seemed to go away after about a week and a half but now it seems like my muscle is much larger when flexed. I know that flexing obviously is going to make it larger but it seems like it is much larger than it was before. I don't want to go back to the doctor if it is nothing, and I really am not 100% sure that it is bigger. Am I just crazy or does anyone think there might be a problem. Also, there is no pain or redness and no lump or anything like that. It just seems enlarged. Thanks for the help.
