I apologize if this is in the wrong section, and I have searched the Internet and come up empty.
Someone told me an intersex person they know nearly died because their testosterone surged so high (or was on too much testosterone? Not sure which) that their uterus contracted, causing the person to collapse and they needed emergency surgery.
This makes no sense to me because oxytocin causes contractions, and testosterone supplements actually can reduce menstrual cramps. Testosterone can, however, cause cardiac side effects.
But it's not my area of expertise, and I was really dumbfounded by the question.

Or the person was just trolling me.
