I've had about four out of range over the past four years and one dilute. My case manager told me I was .1 point off on the specific gravity and that's why it was out of range and she told me I wouldn't have to take an extra test since it was very close to it. When I had a dilute one time they just made me take one extra test. So definitely just wait for your case manager to contact you about what they wanna do. Hope this helps

I did email her and asked if she wanted me to go test again today-waiting on a response. I'm more than willing to do hair though!

Well that is terrifying to be .1 off! I'm waiting to hear back. I did offer to go test again. I'm just so confused on why it happened other than it wasn't my first pee of the day. But I really don't think that should matter but maybe it did😭 it sucks being terrified of this when you KNOW you've been compliant and not doing anything. I can't wait to be done in 16 months!
Yes that was the case with me with not being my first day pee and another time I had to wait for like three hours to pee bc one collection site was actually not even in operation and I had to go to another so all that time it was collecting and slowly diluting LOL. But don't be terrified it's better for it to be .1 or so off than dilute with the PH off. My case manager didn't even notify me the last two times it happened I'm guessing bc she already knew this kind of thing happens with when it's just slightly off

Hello,
I've been testing regularly since July 2024 with my recovery facility and since feb 2025 with the BON. Out of maybe 50+ tests now I've gotten a "test out of range" result. Normally I go and test first thing in the morning so it's my first pee and not dilute. This time I went after peeing a few times because I didn't super hydrate. My urine was light yellow at the time of collection. What does this mean?! Should I go pay to retake it again? I'm not sure what to expect because they've always been normal/negative and I'm not using anything.
