Hi everyone. I was hoping if anyone is working at the memphis VA center can give me some information about it. How is the work environment and patient ratios? I'm not too concearned about the pay because I heard that new grads start off the same. Any information you can give will be great.

Some people that were in my clinical worked there, and they liked it. Alot of the patients are severely disabled and have been there for a long time. It's in the downtown area of Memphis, so if you like the urban downtown nightlife you may like it.

If I worked there I plan on living in southaven and commute to memphis since they aren't that far.
