Tennessee Hospitals

Please Help!!

I'm moving to Memphis in two weeks and am wondering what the hospitals are like there, and what to expect for pay. I've been an RN for 7 years, mostly in ICU, but wants to do OB. Anyone who's better than the others?

why oh why memphis??? I just moved from Nashville. (much nicer place than Memphis)

I can say that Memphis has top notch pediatric facilities. I can also say that I haven't seen much differences in hourly pay between Nashville and Detroit, it has more to do with your purchase power for the dollar you do earn. good luck
