Hello there! Like you i would like to converse with graduates about their experience for the Hybrid LPN program at TCAT McMinnville. Today 9/9/16 was the deadline to register for the online A&P class. You should contact Ms. Trudy to see what's your other options since you missed the online A&P deadline. I think you can test out by taking a test they are offering.

Registration ends for the online Dosage and Calculations class 10/17/16. It costs $288 for the class alone. You have to create an account here Maestro :: Login for the pre-requisite classes then contact the school directly, to pay by phone or in person.

Hey FutureNurseAngel,

I already passed the Dosage Calculations for Nurses classes and I am already enrolled in the Allied Health A & P class online. The last day of the class is 12th December 2016. They allow you to apply and give a conditional acceptance till you pass the A&P class, then you get the full acceptance.

Have you been accepted in the LPN program?

Congratulations! You are taking A&P with me now then. I start my Dosage class next month. Maybe you can give me some insight.

I have not been accepted into the LPN program yet but i have faith that i will. I spoke to Ms. Trudy and she did inform me about the conditional acceptance, so all i can do pass my two pre reqs and hope for the best!

I am taking the A & P Class online. Had the first exam today and it was okey. I haven't been accepted to the program yet but I am hopeful too. We should be good if we pass the two prerequisites.

The Dosage Calculations class was fun for me. I took it online and Ms. Pat is a great instructor. A lot of it is simple Math, you just need to know the conversion rules which is not confusing at all. I was teaching myself this class on DosageHelp.com - Helping Nursing Students Learn Dosage Calculations website to kinda have an idea and it did help a lot. You need to memorize atleast one formula that will work best for you in doing the calculations. The math is not hard at all and you should be good when you start the class.

Yes you need to buy the recommended book because it comes with an access code to the online course. It costed me $160 for the book for the A & P Class.

For Dosage Calculations, you also need a book. I rented one for $22 at reader.brytewave.com. You need it because the class has assignments which count towards the final grade and they are from the chapters in the book.

Thank you for informing me about the Dosage site because unfortunately math isn't my strongest subject. I just started my Dosage class and hopefully i complete it with the 81% that i need. I currently have an almost perfect gpa in the A&P class but i know it will not mean anything if i don't pass both classes.

I will pray for both of us and i look forward to meeting you in January.

Dosage Calculations math is not difficult and trust me, you will make more than the 81% required to pass. You will be fine. The teacher is very supportive and she will assist you where you don't understand and if you have any questions, I am here. Good luck. We will pass the classes and make it in the program in January.

Are you already self registered for the online classes? If yes, the login credentials and the class website were sent to you via the email you used to register. If you do not have the email please contact your home schools student services. They should sort you out.
