Tell me what you do at Endoscopy center?

I am interested in endoscopy nursing jobs. I am wondering what the nurses do in an endoscopy center?

Do you have to take calls? Do you have to maintain a sterile field or it is a clean procedure? Do you perform the same procedure all the time? Do you get bored with your job?

Do you have to stay late? And how is the nurse turnover in your place?

Are the doctors hard to deal with?

Is it an easier job than the med/surg job?

you give sedation, you give enemas, you clean up the room/table before and after the procedure..and oh yes, you help the doc put cameras in butts and stomachs. 95% of the job. The other 5% varies.

But this my presumtion...as i've never worked it (becuase of this presumtion)
