TECO Fall 2015 LPN

Hi I just passed me Hesi test yesterday and was wondering if there was anyone who has already been accepted to teco's LPN program for the fall?

Has anyone bought there books yet? I went to TECO Monday & they had closed the store early. So she told me to call Tuesday to see if they'll have them ready for today. But when I called they said to go to go Thursday instead. I just really hope they are ready because I have to go before work. Which means by 7am. So I have to wake up extra early. I live in Poinciana, school is in Kissimmee, & I work in Orlando. Yeah me!!!!! LOLL.......any good news! :)

Hey, just an update. I went to TECO this morning & now have my books. I tried to upload a picture, but it says I may not have permission to do it. LOL

Did anyone see the email that was sent today about the extra book called Medical Terminology Simplified 5th edition? My question is can we wait until next week to get it. Idk but I guess I'll have to get the book in case there's a test next week. 😔 I wish I had a tree that grows money. 😆

Hey guys!! I rented one of the books on Amazon and as far the the med term book, I'm not sure if we have to have it by Mon but better safe than sorry. I still don't have all of the books.

I don't know if we'll need it by Monday. Better safe then sorry I guess. I've noticed that the books are pretty heavy. Does anyone have any book bag recommendations?

Are they really?? I'm going to the school this afternoon to get the rest of the books. We may need to get the rolling back pack lol. Oh geez

Yes they are! Well one is heavy. The others add to the weight though. LOL. I was looking around & most roller bags are expensive. I don't want to waste $75 on a bag! 😒 I'm still trying to find something more affordable.

They ran out of books!!! í ½í¸¥í ½í¸¥. I only have the foundations and adult health nursing 7th edition.

If your PT evening I'm sure we can all share! If we have HW to read & your in my class, just take pictures of that nights pages to study. Yes it sucks, but it won't be forever. Lol. 😁 sorry. It's crazy, I thought they would have bought at least the amount of students they accepted.

Yes they ran out. :-/ and yes those rolling back packs are crazy expensive lol! I only have the foundations book; it's so heavy! I ordered the medical terminology book on Amazon and should get it sometime next week. Btw I rented the foundations book on Amazon for like $55. Are we going to use those books all year long or just for the fall term?

I don't know how long we'll use them. I'm thinking the big one will be all year (forgot the name). Since it's so huge LOL. I see on our list that we get more books in October & then again in January. So maybe the smaller ones we use for the first term/semester only. I may be wrong though LOLOLOLOL

Lol ok gotcha. I canceled the medical term book order and rented the E-textbook along with Davis Drug Guide on chegg.com. Super cheap!
