I've been a LPN for 1 yr. I'm ready to take the next step to get my RN ; I've looked into multiple schools but they require you to take the TEAS V test; what are some good books I can study from beside the ATI teas V

That is the only book I used or would use.

Same. It literally has everything you need on the test. Getting other books/study materials will just fill your mind with things that you don't need to know.
