What if you want to attend a school that only allows two attempts but you took it twice at other schools because they have a policy that you MUST take it at their college? Will they hold that against you? Do they check to see how many times you have taken it? I am just trying to see how this works.
I have taken the TEAS at different schools where some have this policy that you have to take it at their college because they don't accept transfer scores..will the other schools look at the number of attempts on my printout sheet and disqualify me?
I took it twice through the school and twice through the ati register. It tells you where you can go to take them I retook them at city colleges. I think as long as there's dates available and you can afford it, it doesn't matter. I've heard people have taken it 5-6 times. I haven't looked much further into it. You can try to read through their policies or i would call ati and ask. It's higher in price i paid 70 bucks each test outside.
the school doesn't do anything but proctor the exam. ATI holds your information and results. For example, I took the test at CCC and went to the school of my choice where i was accepted, used their computer, logged into my ATI website and printed out my results right there. I was told you can have CCC print them out but it suppose to cost like 10 bucks. In simple terms the way you take the test at the school is the same way you take the test at a testing location. Hope this helps
Thank you, yes this is what I did when I tested at ROP. You still registered & paid for the test through ATI (? Not CCC) , but took it at an approved ati test location (CcC). I guess what's is confusing me, why at the bottom of the test results on ATI site does it say test 1 of 2 or test 2 of 2.... if you can test more than that? Sorry this is repetitive but like I said my school doesn't limit the amount of tries and I have time to better my score for the next application deadline. Thank you for your input

Given particular circumstances i gave taken the teas four times this year and it really depends on your school. I asked my counselor and it doesn't look good but it was my only option. And I'm determined. Lol
