I just graduated from the Lpn program. I had to take the TEAS to get into the program. I was very nervous b/c I basically didnt have much of a science background. The only thing I used to study was the Pre test study manual that ati has. I got it from my colleges book store. I got in the first time I took the teas. I dont know if you have used that book but it was a big help to me.

as I remember, it's basic science- just study the review book you'll be fine.... :)
Thank you for the reply! I've been studying from the McGraw-Hill Nursing Entrance Exam study guide, it seems to be pretty helpful so far... I dont remember much from my HS science classes, so I am very nervous!

You'll be fine. Go over your math if you are shaky with it. I took it about a month ago and did fine.

You can purchas an online assesment from ATI, the TEAS creator at their website (atitesting.com)--it simulates the exact test/format you will experience on test day on all required subject areas. Very well worth the 30 bucks

I'm taking the TEAS on the 21st and just purchased the same book. I hope I do well. I'll need to brush up on the math and science as well. I hope those questions on the test truly are on the general knowledge base level.... I haven't gone over things like Mitosis and Boyle's Law in years.
