Published

Hello everyone!!! I know, a little early. I just can't wait for application period to come around. Currently taking a Chemistry course to boost my GPA some. Looking to hear from other future applicants. Go FROGS!

Same..someone needs to call!

Consuming doesn't begin to cover it for me..is there anyone on here that would choose another school over TCU if accepted at multiple places?

Nope. I've been accepted elsewhere but I'm waiting to hear from TCU before I commit.

I agree! The constant email checking has been beyond nerve racking!! I'm thinking we will hear Thursday! I'm trying to keep myself busy with work but my family and friends keep asking me if I've hear anything. Fingers crossed this is the week. Congrats to those who have been accepted to multiple schools.

They told us at my interview that they would try to get letters out by Oct 1. I just figured it would be earlier based on when the previous classes received their acceptance letters. If I have to wait until Oct 1 I don't know what I'll do with myself.

Did you apply anywhere else anurse1? I am excited to hear the news about TCU as well because it is such a great school. However, there are other schools that I am considering that haven't even started interviews yet. Once we find out if we are accepted at TCU, we will only have 10 days to commit and it costs $1500 to reserve a spot.

How do you guys feel about that?

That's a hefty deposit, but the 10 days make sense and is policy for most schools. I don't want somebody taking a spot for longer than 10 days that could go to an alternate if that person is going to potentially attend somewhere else.

I haven't applied anywhere else at this time. I am just waiting to hear and if I don't get in I will submit applications elsewhere. If accepted, I will literally send my deposit within the hour of receiving the email lol. I want it that bad. :/

This is pure torture!

Did you get accepted at Rosalind Franklind gassy2be? What is their commitment process?

What clinical site is your preference at TCU?

I did, I have to commit within the next 5 days or so with a $500 deposit. My first choice is DFW but we'll see! And you?

Grats on that. :)

Yes, I hope for DFW also. I am making my phone battery die fast from checking my email so much. Today or tomorrow could be the day.

It really is pure torture. I am dying! Also doubting we are going to find out today at this point. Ugh
