I didn't see a group created yet for people applying in Feb/March for the fall 2015 nursing program at TCC. Figured I would start one! I am sooo ready to apply, get accepted, and start! It cant come fast enough!

Are you completing all pre-requisites for associates and bachelors before it starts?

Any idea of what the cut off was for GPA and HESI scores? I will be applying for Spring and was just curious. Congratulations to you all!

I am not sure....it all depends on the pool of candidate you are applying against. I had 2 A's and 1 B with an 88% HESI and I got in:-)

Congrats everyone! I am so excited that you will be starting this journey at TCC! Like I said a few weeks ago, it really is a fantastic program! I am the newly elected Vice President of the TCC-TNSA (Texas Nursing Student Association). I encourage you all to be as involved as you can with various professional nursing organizations, including TNSA, and volunteering throughout your education. It is a great way to network and give back to the community. If someone makes a Facebook page just be sure it is a closed group with only one or two admins who can add new members and that posts are appropriate and professional. If you search Facebook you will see how other semesters named their pages. Again congrats and be sure to introduce yourselves at orientation! If you have any questions, let me know and I will guide you if I can.

Hey there! My name is Amber and I was wondering if you could tell me anything about the Blended Theory program. Do you happen to know the likelihood of getting into that program? I'm just wondering since we're going to be placed into our classes at TCC this semester instead of registering ourselves.

Just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS to all of you! I will also be entering the program in the fall! I can't wait to get to know all of you. I'm sure we will become a close bunch! Now to wait patiently....BTW, thank you for setting up the Facebook page!

Congrats! looking forward to meeting you! I have an 18 year old that will be starting his freshman year of college at Weber State the same week I start nursing school:-)
