My wife applied for Spring 2021. I am trying to recall what her scores are but I think her HESI score is between 86-88. Her overall GPA is between 3.5-3.6.

We’re nervous about the program but more nervous for our kids because it will be a big change for them.

Hi ! I wish her all the best! It’s pretty nerve recking! Im literally crossing off days from my calendar. Is she applying for face to face or online?

Thank you! Same to you! She is doing face to face unless the school is having them do online because of COVID.

When I asked last they told me anywhere from mid October the ending of October.

Hi miguel! Did you ask your advisor? I asked a professor that knows info about it and she said end of october or early November, but I don’t even know when. My advisor just said some time in october. For sure most likely some time this month though because that is when they usually send them out .. I am so nervous !

Hi Andrea,

yes I did ask my advisor. This was like three weeks ago. I feel like by the end of this month we should know honestly hang in there I feel the anxiousness as well

Hello all, I am applying for the Accelerated BSN for Summer 2021, any advice? applications opened up this month and I'm super nervous. Didn't do so hot my first two years of school and really made a turn towards the end but still ended up with a GPA of 2.8, worried it may not be competitive enough despite my hospital work history....

Well, this is unfortunate for my wife but hopefully it gets corrected ASAP and it doesn’t prevent her from getting in, she just found out from her advisor that she doesn’t have foreign language. We were both looking at each other after reading the email and shook our heads. My wife has an associates in sign language from Del Mar. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing because she followed every step to ensure her application was good. Seems someone just overlooked the application, IDK.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about that. It seems like they overlooked the application... I hope this gets fixed and that it won’t prevent your wife from getting in. I totally understand your frustration! Keep us updated.
