Tampa General Hospital - New Grad Residency Pay

Hello everyone,

I'm looking into the new grad residency programs at Tampa General Hospital and was wondering what the pay rate is for a new grad with a BSN??

Also, has anyone interviewed or completed the perioperative residency program at Tampa General? If so, could you tell me more about your experience!

I'm in acute care but pay is $23.07 for me. the only hospitals that pay more is Baycare (which for me had a higher nurse to patient ratio) and moffitt. however this is for acute care so things might be different.

Florida Hospital Tampa pays more too. Base for all BSN new grads is $24.88 plus differentials for critical care areas, nights, and weekends on top of that.

hey all, just curious how long it took you to start working after you applied? I applied for the residency program earlier today and and hoping it's fairly fast that I could receive a call to interview.
