Tallahassee Community College RN program fall 2019

Hey everyone! I am trying to get into the nursing program at tcc this fall of 2019. I am about to take the HESI and have a 3.0 GPA. What is the average amount of points you guys had to get into the program? I know the max is 160. I have a lot riding on my HESI score! I would love study tips and advice ?

I am an alternate and I was wondering if FSU and FAMU’S acceptance letters have went out yet ?

FSU’s nursing application started in February and decisions went out in March, idk about FAMU

Where are you guys getting your flu shots? I can’t find anyone who still has them.

My understanding from it is that we either need last seasons now and then get the new one in September or just wait till the new flu shot comes around

But the deadline is July 8th, isn’t it? I tried to call to see if they are giving us an extension for the flu shot but I wasn’t able to get a confirmation.

I called Ken Tellis about it and he said not to worry about it that they will talk about it at orientation but maybe someone should call again to double check lol

I emailed Ken Tellis and he said that not having this season’s is fine. You will need to do it come next flu season in September.

Did anyone else get their documents rejected from my clinical exchange? It says that I need to put a renewal date for my TB test and I was thinking it would be a year from my last test date. However, the system is asking for me to upload documentation. Can someone who completed that portion advise me on how to proceed??

Did you upload the lab/doctor results from your last TB test? Mine went through fine doing that.

I thought the health assessment form would be sufficient for the TB test. I wasn’t given a print out but I’ll request one. Thank you!
