Tallahassee Community College FALL 2020 Nursing Program

Hey guys =),

This is a really hard time right now for everyone due to the COVID-19 outbreak and health professional deadlines have been changed/extended for I'm guessing a lot of colleges (at least at TCC they have I believe). I was wondering if there is anyone out there who is planning on applying for the TCC nursing program for Fall 2020? I just wanted to start a thread so that we can all connect during this crazy time!

Hi Alexa,

I think I saw the same thing online as Lyndsay about having the pre-requisite grades in your academic transcript before the deadline date. However Lyndsay is right, things are a little hectic right now so they might have different rules? I think the only way to know for sure is to possible speak with the advisor again because he might be the only one who can answer your question definitively. If you prefer not to call the school directly you can contact advising using the Qless app!

When I check my eagle-net account and I click on "Limited Access Application Status" it says that I don't have any applications to be displayed. Is this happening to anybody else? I know they received it because the advisor told me when I emailed him last week, but its just weird that my eagle-net account says that.

My account also says that I don't have a limited access application when I check through eagle net. I read on past forums (previous year applicants) that the nursing application doesn't sync to eaglenet? They had mentioned that it happened to them as well!

Does anybody know what the class times are for day time student vs night time students?

I have no idea! I didn’t even know tcc offered that option until the email was sent out. Were you able to get anymore information on the daytime vs. evening options?

I applied for the Fall 2020 semester as well, do you think we will receive a rejection email if we did not get accepted?

I have a 3.7 GPA in those classes, and I know TCC's enrollment is down. So I think I have a good chance of getting in, but I am just SO ANXIOUS.

I received my email too! I am a “top alternate” though. So I don’t get to choose my class time. ? But I am in the program. I guess they sent the top 30 an email for them to choose and the rest will be randomly assigned either morning or night class.

I thought I didn’t get in at first. The way they worded the alternate email made me think I was waitlisted.

CONGRATS Dakotatrax and Tiaracruz! I’m so excited for y’all! I got in as well ?. I selected the day time schedule.
