Taking test on Tuesday YIKES!!!!

Hello. I know exactly how you are felling right now :confused: . I took my exam last Tue. Haven't got my results back but I am trying not to doubt and hope for the best :stone. All I can say is that the questions that are asked may be tricky so make sure you reread before you answer anything. I had a lot of prioritirizing. If you know your lab values, Maslow's (ABC's basically), and Dosage cal. you should be just fine. Just relax and get plenty of rest the night before because you'll need it. I hope this will help instead of confusing you. I really wish I had been better prepared but If I don't pass, I'll know what I'm up against next round. you seem very confident=) any advice for me i have to take the net test to get in....Do you know what scores or anything you have to have

I'm not real sure about the NET Sweetmom. Do you mean Nurse Entrance Test? If so, I did not have to take an entrance test at the school I applied to in AL. It was a first come first serve basis. However, I have heard of schools that do require the test to be taken but I've been told that it is pretty general material. I guess it just depends on what area you are from. Good luck in getting in though...:)

I feel ya Carmen. I graduated from a really expensive but sucky school in Colton, Ca. Good news is I passed... it is amazing how much you can learn from ding-dong instructors. I will hold you in my prayers!! I am sure you will be fine! Let me know on Tuesday how you test goes!!

Hello everyone. My name is Carmen and I am taking my boards next Tuesday (4-19-05) I am soooooo nervous!!!! I study all day and still feel like I dont know a thing. I just graduated from a very expensive and disappointing school so I have no confidence!! Any advice????? HELP!!!

:) Hi Carmen...I know how you feel i took the exam on Tues apr 05, i still havent recieved my results...I had a few prioritizing (just as LPN04 said know your ABC's and Maslows) and i had few on Alzhiemers disease, few on gastrectomy, ileostomy, Jewish Orthodox and few drugs. I dont really feel that much confident on how i did but if anything i hope the info i gave you helps...Try to rest and relax and try not studying before the test ..that was my mistake :stone ....Wish you luck...
