Hi ya'll!
I was always peeping through threads here but I've finally registered and made an account and I'm official!
I'm going in today to take my TEAS in a few hours, and I'm nervous as can be! Mainly because I know I haven't studied enough. I've studied for less then a week and it's only because of my irresponsibility. However the few days that I've been studying, I've been studying hard so wish me luck! All I've studied is McGraw practice test which had wonderful explanations and what not. I also used some websites I found links to through this website.
I'm not too worried about Reading or Math but English and Science are making me jittery. That, and also the fact that all my friends are texting me "good luck!" and I don't wanna fail them!
I woke up early this morning to study a bit and it just wore me out. I felt like I was being dragged in the dirt. So I've decided to relax before the test and just surf the web to get my mind off the fact that I'm about to take this test. If all goes well I can finally apply to HCC Coleman!
I know this is super late, sorry. I need to log in more often but school and work are kicking my butt. How did your TEAS go? Honestly McGraw helped me with all the subjects. The ATI study guide helped me GREATLY on the science portion. I didn't look through the other portions of the ATI study guide so I don't know how helpful they are.
Oh, no problem. But I didn't pass. I have one more try to pass. I felt like I did way worse than I did. The lady told me to work on reading and science just because they're the sections with the most questions, so if I can get those oh, then I should be in good shape. My science score was way low. Once I opened the science section, I could already feel that I was going to do bad in the science, which I did. I feel so frustrated studying the science. I took biology and chemistry two/three years ago. I threw all my notes away. And biology, I didn't like my teacher and everything we did was online, and we basically taught ourselves. But I really need to study up on my science! I just don't know how. Ugh.

I did wait exactly 30 days. I counted days so I'd be able to take the test two more times before the application deadline but thank GOD I passed it my second time! The ATI official study guide is the best study guide for the science. I studied it the morning before the test and got a 75% (but then again I'm currently in Microbiology & Chemistry & that helped). The McGraw was a great study guide for the other three subjects.
