Hello guys, I don't know why I'm posting this but maybe I'm having anxiety now and looking for support and encouragements
This is my first time to take NCLEX RN, I'm a international nurse and graduated last 2009. I started my studying around March something? and did some questions only (haven't read my content yet). Books that I used were.
Kaplan Premiere 2015-2016 (600qbanks) = 58% score (3-16-16)
Exam Cram 4th Ed (1340 qbanks) = 61% score (4-7-16)
Saunders 6th Ed (pretest) = 73% score (4-8-16)
Uworld (pretest) = 48% score (4-10-16)
I feel discouraged coz I have a low score in Uworld, but that moment I start and keep using Uworld with my saunders for my content and today 5-10-16, my subscription is expired but I'm able to finish all qbanks and got 51% for my overall score with no reused any questions. Then I tried to do last 75q with my used incorrect ones and got 62% score.
My test would be next week and still feel like I'm not prepared. I'm going to continue reading on saunders and maybe try to reuse my exam cram CD for questions I had before. But not sure if I should renew my uworld. I'm kinda stress now. But keep trying not to.
PS: I'm a LVN too for going 3 years now, I took my nclex LVN last May 2013 and passed it for the 1st try at 198 questions I used saunders, exam cram and kaplan strategies before, and now for RN this May 2016. It's been 3 years since then that's why I feel like I'm scared or something.
I need motivation coz I'm not that smart. I just pray before and after my review. I want to pass this test but I know tons of effort and sacrifice would be needed to conquer this nclex beast. Thank you for reading this guys. For those who's going to take the nclex. Godbless and ask for guidance to Him and say we can do it. :)
