I don't think anybody has ever felt ready for NCLEX. I for sure did not feel ready, I study for 10 wks/ 4 hrs everyday and I sure did not feel ready. I felt like I didn't review everything that I needed more time. Week before my exam I told my self
" Look it's just a test, u been thru hell in nursing school, you can do this ITS JUST A TEST!" I kept calm that whole week and had a lot of faith in my self, prayed to God and believed in myself. I suggest prepare yourself mentally, calm ur nerves and be positive. Good luck to you :)

Same here briauna. Just be calm the last time I took the test I was very anxious. All I think was the time running on the screen(which was the worst thing I did). Stay focused and read each word of the question. I will be taking the exam 3 days from now. I did not prepare as much as I prepared the 1st time with 5 books and still failed. I hope everything will be alright and I hope we pass the exam! GOD bless you and goodluck!

Just try to get a good night's sleep before the test! I know that is easier said than done. I just studied a variety of questions and made sure I knew my basic lab values. Also, I believe even I talked to about the test says they had some type of crutch/cane question! Also, right before I had a banana and some water! Definitely need to be hydrated and banana gives you a little energy boost. I passed it the 1st time last fall with 75 questions, so glad it didn't last 5 hours! Shorter was much better for me, as far as staying focused! Good Luck, I hope this helps!
