I am graduating in May and taking the NCLEX early in April. My pharm professor sucked (ex. she said the DOC for MI was Demorol - not Morphine...) you get the idea.
Anyway, I'm freaking out now and I didn't sign up for the really expensive Kaplan thing everyone else did.
Can someone tell me what book to get? I've heard Saunders is too long and Kaplans practice questions are too easy... so confused!!! Ahhh!!!
Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.
Are you sure you can take NCLEX a month before you graduate. I thought you had to graduate first and have a full set of transcripts sent before you get permission to sit the exam.
Um, I dont think you can take the NCLEX until you get your ATT--which is only sent AFTER you graduate and your school sends your transcrits to the Board of Nursing...
That said, I like the Saunders NCLEX book and NCLEX made Incredibly Easy. Good luck!
In KS they got rid of the whole work without your NCLEX as a new grad for 120 days thing...so yes they allow to take the NCLEX in April but they cannot certify it until they receive transcripts.
