I am registered to take Advanced Patho this summer online. I was registered for it in the spring semester; however, with working full time and loads of overtime, plus two other classes, I ended up failing my first test and I dropped. I am now PRN at my job because I cannot afford to fail this class. Any suggestions on study tips/organizational ideas? I need to be as prepared and organized for this as possible! Thank you so much for any helpful tips!!
Hmm yes there is a lot of reading and understanding information. Unlike anatomy where you memorize this is actually understanding processes!! So it is tough….what school are you at?
How is it going so far? I haven't started yet, but I was recommended the book Clinical Pathophysiology Made Ridiculously Simple by Aaron Berkowitz as a supplement. I have been reading it here and there to help refresh and prepare for the class. I like it!
I too recommend reading the Cinical Patho made ridiculously simple. It was a nice refresher and supplement to reading materials during the course. One big tip...don't get behind on the reading!
