what to take into consideration when you covering for the regular nurse

Hi guys,

Please give me some inputs or ideas on this question.

As a Nurse following up on the care of the patient at home, what things will you have to take into consideration when covering for the regular nurse? ( regular nurse on vacation)

I would assume I was the only nurse this patient ever had and start with a really good evaluation. I do not understand why a pt at home would be any different that in the hospital, except for environment and lack of support personnel/resources
