You can try Madigan. I know they hire new grads. Franciscan Health System does as well, but you have to get into a residency. There is Good Samaritan or Multicare Health System. Western State takes new grads, but it's a mental hospital.
Good luck and welcome to WA! (when you arrive, lol)
Madigan is a great hospital, but the application process is long and extremely detailed. I currently work at A multicare multicare is a great company and they hire a lot of new grads. As a new grad (few years ago) I applied over 100 times to all the Franciscan hospitals and not a single reply. I applied to once to multicare and got a call back. Plus multicare is computer charting while the Franciscan hospitals Still use paper charts (sometimes that's an incentive).. There is also a providence hospital in Olympia..

FHS is going epic this year. Just an FYI.
That's great! But then you still have to deal an entire hospital system learning epic vs one that already uses it. But it's whosever preference!
Very true, but I wanted the OP to know that FHS is going to EPIC and not staying paper, that's all I'm saying. I think they should know the update. Never hurts does it?
