I am making a topic on this since I have not seen anything recent for Tacoma Community College located in Tacoma WA. Hoping to see if anyone will be applying for the Fall quarter as well!

If anyone gets in, would you mind sharing how many points you qualified for. I just want to know for next cycle if I don't make it in this cycle 🥹 

(I think I'll be able to do 2 more points next cycle but IDK if that still would be enough)

Didn't get in.   9 points.   😞   They only had 22 spots open.

I applied as well and didn't get in. I'm not sure how to improve anything for next time😭 so discouraging. 
what were your guys' GPA's roughly? I know it's personal but I just don't know if I even stand a chance reapplying at this point🫠

It was not a GPA thing.   I was on the Dean's list for the past two years but that wasn't what they were looking at.   They were looking at who can obtain the highest number out of 14.  I had 9 because a) I am not part of the military b) I am not the first person in my family to go to college and c) three other points not counted.    Again only 22 people out of almost 300 people were accepted.   Not very good odds.

Yeah that's why I asked because my GPA is really good... 3.5, and it just seems impossible to get in if there are so many uncontrollable factors. What do you plan on doing now? Im not sure what to do next I feel very stuck :(

Yea I didn't get in either, I asked about the points cause even with the 2 extra points next cycle I'll only have 8. (I am not in the military, didn't do my prereqs at TCC, and don't have healthcare work experience) 

so I'm wondering if I should even apply next cycle, if some of you with 9-10 points also didn't get selected 🥲🥲

I was iffy about the past lottery selection, but maybe that might have been better 😀
