Good morning all,

I am looking to purchase my dictionary for school but I don't know what the difference

is between the indexed and non-indexed version, other than the latter is cheaper. Is one better than the other?

Thanks,

Deb

good question...i was wondering the same thing! :)

I use Taber's for school (great dictionary)...not entirely sure of the indexed/non indexed.

Only thing I can think of is that mine has the little cutouts on the side (thumbnails or something) with ABC, GHI, etc.

Little easier to find.

the best thing for you to do is go sit in barnes and noble or borders, whichever one you go to, and look through them and see which one you like better. if you have to pay a little more i would say go for it. the extra $10 may be worth it in the end. Good luck.
