ok, I know how syringes are made (either extruded or molded plastic, probably both...)
but...
(dont mind me, I'm thinking deep)
how do they get the holes in the needles?

with computers, extrememly hot metals, and electricity, to produce an instrament very small.
Always aspirate during an IM injection. The maximum ID dosage is 0.5cc and a subq shot could be with a 29 gauge needle, depending on the med.
