SW Boces Entrance Exam

Hi everyone!! I applied to Southern Westchester Boces and I am scheduled to take my entrance exam next Thursday. I am looking for anyone who has attended or has recently been accepted to the school. Or even anyone who knows anything about the test and scores needed in order to get accepted. I'm getting very nervous about the exam and any advice would be appreciated. I am curious to know how students are accepted - what scores are they looking for? Thank you!

Thank you so much for replying! I just got my scores yesterday, so hoping to get the interview call soon. I don't mean to be presumptuous but would you mind sharing what you received in your packet and the book list? There's just not a lot of time left before the course officially starts so I'm just hoping to be as prepared as I can.

Although I have some questions.Are these the books for the whole year or just first semester and they didn't mention if we have to study anything for the first day. I emailed back the lady who sent it but I got no answer yet. I am planning to buy the books used from Amazon as it is more cost effective compared to the recommended sites.

How about the package plan like the anatomy and physiology books it said we need to sign up for a prep u site? Not sure how to do that separately...the med surg also has a nclex pn online resource site

I bought the package for the a&p because that online prep U thing is 90 dollars alone and u actually save w the package ..unless u were able to find the prep U course on its own for less ? Also the medical surgical package access code is also hard to find on its own its also a lot by itself ..

I was seated in the Full Time. It seems alright so far, but a 3 day 6 hour each orientation seems a little bit excessive to me. I wish we'd get more class info, like syllabus and reading/hw assignments. Does anyone have the information for the Shadow Health resource? I got the list of books when I handed in my depsit but can't seem to find the Shadow Health info anywhere.
