Because it is so comprehensive and it does the best job in explaining the rationales with each and every answer. That is actually more important in my view than the questions themselves. The key is to understand what the exam is looking for in an answer, not just doing as many questions as you can.
And I prefer only the Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN, if testing for the RN exam; there is a PN version for those that are taking that exam. And you always want to use the latest edition.
This book has the best review and I also encourage nursing students to use it as a review when they have questions on something or did not understand something that their instructor mentioned to them.

Why did you select the Saunder's book for your review book? It does seem very comprehensive but I haven't looked at too many.
