i'm taking a sociology class and have a group paper to write. our topic is to analyze pay differences between male and female rns. i know income is a personal topic but if you’re willing to help me out i would appreciate your response. i know there are lots of factors that will influence pay but we're trying to keep it basic at this point...so if you have the time, i really need responses from some of the men out there. thank you!!
i need: rn's with associate or bachelors degrees must work in a hospital.
here are the questions:
1. how long (years) have you been a nurse?
2. what is your annual gross income?
less than 30k, 30-40k, 40-50k, 50-60k, 60-70k, greater than 70k
3. do you have an associate or bachelors degree?
4. how long have you worked for your present employer (seniority)?
5. on average how many hours do you work weekly?
6. do you work during the week, over the weekend, both?
7. what is your gender?
i suggest that you account for location. my cost of living in w.va. is a lot less than other parts of the country (and we are paid less)
