There is one thing I have not read about yet which I find very irritating. Nurses who don't know how to pronounce the name of a med or procedure will often get halfway through the word and then finish with "...um, well, whatever.". Granted this is not nearly as scary as some of the above, but really. Use a reference book. :rolleyes:
