Support group for CRNE June 2011

Hello everyone,

I realize when I had to write my nursing exam how much pressure I experienced about the whole thing. I wrote mine in June 2010 and passed in first attempt but still remember when I walked out the exam, I was not sure what would be the result.

The purpose of this thread is supporting those nursing students who are planning to write their CRNE in upcoming June. Students, please feel free to share your concerns and questions. Nurses please support those students with tips for study.

Just couple of reminders before we get started:

1. Please do not discuss specific questions or any content tested in CRNE.

2. Please read other threads for more information as well. Other threads give you valuable information and be smart and take them into your advantage.

3. Please stay on topic.

4. Please use proper grammar and spelling.

I'm an IEN and yes there was 200 questions on my exam too although I did sit in Ontario so not sure if other IEN's will find it different. I wouldn't have thought so.

congrats to one who got their results and pass...:yeah:i am in BC and IEN .and sat in june exam it was same 200 mutiple choice .please god help all nurses who wrote exam and waiting for results .

I am an IEN and I am really impatient to know my results.:sstrs: Does anybody have any idea when Ontario will get its result.This is the first time in my life waiting so long to get an exam result.

i am not sure of that myself, i've been trying to find out but it is very unclear. as of now i am thinking that it is out of 200 regardless of the experimental questions. waiting for the mailman right now patiently, although i am certain that today won't be the day for us up here in ontario!!! praying for us to succeed !:rolleyes:

Her7 its gonna be 62% out of 180,so u gotta have 112 right:) 20 quest was experimental...best of luck:)Still waiting for results,hopefully TODAY is the day!

You won't know exactly how many questions. Not every exam has 20 experimental questions. It varies, and you never know where they were. Until someone posts on here, or you find out from an acquaintance that they weren't successful, no one knows what the pass is.

It hasn't been exactly 6 weeks, that would be on July 13th. :crying2:

The colleges have till then to send it all out. It's almost here everyone! I hope everyone receives good news!

I finally got my results today, its a pass!! :dncgbby: i can finally do my happy dance! I thank God for the blessing! For those still waiting for the result hand in there and I will pray for all you that good news will into your way!!:nurse::nurse:
