Supplemental is not a company I would recommend at ALL.

The previous response is partly true. I would say 70% of jobs I come across does not have a night differential. It is not a company specific thing but, a facility specific thing. You will find large facilities like Cedars Sinai in LA to have a diff between day and night jobs. Makes total sense because night is always harder to fill.
