Hello all!

The site had some down time last night and early this morning, but as you can see, it is up and running now!

We had a good program Friday night, the ppl were friendly and receptive and we didn't make TOO many boo-boos, LOL!  

Yesterday I took a nice walk in the neighborhood - almost two miles, just wandering around.  Then watched an old movie later in the evening.  Couldn't sleep, though.  Had some restless legs and brain just wouldn't turn off.  I finally got to sleep around seven, slept four hours.  I am grateful for that.

We have an appointment today for lunch with oldest ds.  Dh (since his birthday was yesterday) wants to go for Mexican food.  The El Torito restaurant near us has a VERY good tableside guacamole and he has a taste for that today.  I will probably get their chicken tortilla soup (without tortillas), that'll fill me up.  We took the kids there often when they were growing up, and they still like going!

Hi all. It's cold and windy, feels like 48. I'm hunkered down to watch the Mariners vs the Blue Jays. Got a bowl of tortilla chips and a can of beer. 
I think I've mentioned Dh speaks speaks very softly, and at times, the last words of his sentences are inaudible. He was told he has a paralyzed vocal cord and was seeing a speech therapist. He decided it wasn't that big of a deal and quit the therapy. Today has been especially noticeable, so much that today he told me I need my hearing checked. Whatever. Planning on tacos for dinner.
