Busy day yesterday.  Dropped the car off for maintenance in the morning and picked up a rental.  Got outside for bird watching.  Had lunch with dad.  Picked up the car and then went to church for our long delayed service celebrating the new minister.  Came home and watched Svengoolie

Today should be quieter, laundry and church this morning, will do some baking as well.  Might ride my bike later.  J is better but his allergies are still pretty bad

Going to be nice again today,  60s and no rain

Good morning!

Happy Mother's Day to the mothers out there.  I sent my mother some flowers as usual and the price has really gone up.  

Joe, hope you have a good Sunday.  

Stars, how cool that we were able to complete our week of appointments.  ?

I had a decent day yesterday.  Washed the sheets, washed the car and went to hot yoga.  Been sleeping okay the past few days with melatonin and trazodone.  My sleep seems interrupted and not deep but at least I can fall back asleep.  Guess I'll have to take that unless on my next appointment my doctor wants to try something different.  

Nothing much to do today.  Need to do some cooking and go to the gym.

Hi. We are home from camping. My eldest ds and his wife, dd and her two boys came out to where we were camping this morning and brought breakfast brunch with them! They brought quiche, scones, coffee and juice. They also brought some prosecco and we made mimosas to drink. Then we walked to the beach with the dogs. The guys threw chunks of drift wood into the water for the bigger dogs to retrieve. Angus sat in the sun next to me, deigning not to get his feet wet, LOL. After we got home, dh packed a bag and I took him to the airport for a short trip to Napa for work. 

I think the fact that most of are baby boomers and several of us have senior dogs makes weeks full of appointments more likely. 

Tweety, good to see you are getting some sleep. I am coming to dread nights due to frequent waking, and then feeling tired all day. I'm not sure what the answer is. I guess I too, will talk to doc at next appt.
