Tweety hope the rest of your day is restful

Stars I agree with Dianah, those 2 are lucky to have you there

Welcome home NJ22

Ado that does seem like a lot of prep work

Hi Dianah

Yesterday was pretty good and pretty productive.  Did bird watching in the morning, did a little grocery shopping, then had lunch with dad.  Did some CEUs in the afternoon,  exercised, and worked on my shopping list.  Skipped Svengoolie again, hoping next week's movie is better

Today skipping church for that LGBT meetup event downtown.  Hope it's worth it, it's a bit of a drive and parking is pricey.  In case I want to do it again I have a free Sunday next month.  Other than that not much to do today except cook and exercise

Going to be another warmer day, although not quite as warm as yesterday.  Thankfully no more rain expected

Good morning!

Joe, hope the Meet Up is worth your time and efforts.

Insomnia bugged me last night.  I decided not to fight it or take Klonopin but just ride it out and got up for about an hour from 2AM to 3AM.  I was able to get a little more sleep.  Ugh...story of my life.  Not sure what was going on as I wasn't particularly stressed or anxious.

Got up at 6:30 with the dogs and that's letting me sleep in.  LOL  Doing some laundry now, decided on some meal prep.  Going to make the ever-present tofu dish and need to make a grocery store run first.  Will go to the gym and work out but also feel a nap coming on.

Yo, y'all~

Mid-90's, humid and sunny. There may be (51%chance) of a thunderstorm later this afternoon.

I filled the birdfeeders after I got Nannie up, dressed, and fed her breakfast and AM meds. Hubby is down here in the den to watch the ballgame. Unfortunately the score here in the top of the 4th inning is currently a dismal 6-l in favor of the White Sox, and the bases are full and there are two outs. WHEW! They got the last batter (Wh Sox) struck out and none of the full bases got to run home. I hope the Braves can pick it up and get some more runs in.

I was good last night and turned out my light at 1:15 AM; I WAS aiming for 1 AM, so I wasn't too far off. Woke up at noon and then my day began.

Later, yez guize~

Hi. Mid 70s here, a little humid, but not terrible. I slept like a rock last night, but woke up bright and early at 6. I tried to wake up youngest ds to ask if he wanted to go to breakfast, but he appeared and sounded to be asleep. So I hopped on my bike, got to the diner and ordered my usual crispy waffle. Then he came in indignant, that I didn't wait for him, insisting he had been awake. uh, okay. It seems like I manage to disappoint everyone, everyday.

I've washed multiple loads of laundry, picked the blueberries and did some weeding. I dropped off towels and blueberries to dd, stopped to see sis, and took my car through the car wash. dh is going to have clam chowder for dinner, and I am going to make foil packets with chicken sausage left over from the trip.

Stars, be sure to take care of yourself and do some journalling. I think your counselor is correct and encouraging you to get out of the house and do stuff you want to do, not just what you are obligated to do.

Joe, I hope you meet up goes well.

I wish you good sleep, Tweety.

Dianah, I am enjoying your gardening saga. I suppose we invest a lot in our tomatoes as well. The green ones are just starting to form. Our garden is so late this year!

Annie, that is a lot of prep to do for your heat treatment. Fingers crossed it works out for you. And yes, MIL should cover the cost, if that is a possibility.
