Summer Nursing Externships NYC Area 2018

Hi everyone ,

I am a third year Nursing BSN student and I am trying to research nursing externships in the NYC area for Summer 2018. I would LOVE any information anyone has that has done and internship or known anyone who has done an internship at any hospital in the area(I'm not picky for which one I am applying to mainly just manhattan). I would love to know if you got paid and how much, what the interview/application process is like, where I could find the application, when to apply, your opinion on the experience, anything regarding your experience(what tasks they had you do etc) or any other information would be awesome!!! I personally don't know any other nursing student who has gotten one and I know they are extremely competitive but I really wanna make a huge effort this year to get one. Thank you!!
