Suggestions for care plan books

Anybody have suggestions for good care planning books? I've seen so many, it's hard to choose and reviews on the websites are all over the place.

I have this one: Amazon.com: Nursing Care Plans: Diagnoses, Interventions, and Outcomes, 8e (9780323091374): Meg Gulanick PhD APRN FAAN, Judith L. Myers RN MSN: Books

It's really good, my care plans came out very well with the help of this book so I definitely recommend it.
