Hi I'll be taking the test early morning like 8 am. Just wondering what kind/right food to eat prior to taking the exam. I'm 114 lbs and usually eat fried sunny side up egg with a piece of toast and decaf tea. I don't take vitamins and I try to exercise at least twice or thrice a week. I just want to prepare myself for this big day to condition myself and make sure that I have energy to answer all the questions given. Suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Some athletes carb up before a competition. I think you should not over eat, just eat balanced meals the day before and make sure you have a good breakfast the day of the exam. Avoid anything that might upset your stomach and take an antacid tablet in your pocket just in case the jitters get to you just before you start. Good luck.
