Subjective Health Assessment Help

Hello Nurses!

I am in my first year of Nursing in NZ!

For an assignment we are doing a subjective health assessment that requires in depth information including the use of abbreviations etc.

Was wondering if anybody would be willing to view my assessment and give me any pointers on what to add/not to have and what to do/what not to do ?

Any help would be appreciated!

Regards

Amy from NZ :)

Uhhh seriously? If you really need help on the assignment, you need to post it here so that other people can learn from it too.

Im sorry but I do not feel comfortable doing that as my school has very strict policies.

Well yes there is, I have stated above that if someone would like to help me if they could send me an email. If you do not wish to that is fine but please refrain from being negative.

How about just asking what you aren't sure on in terms of abbreviations, whether or not certain data are subjective/objective, etc.?

I think your school policy might be just as strict on sending the work out to a private email as they would posting it on allnurses.
