I have 1 year of experience and wish to transition into an acute setting such as a hospital or LTAC facility. I am getting my ACLS certification on the 22 of May, should I include it now or wait until I actually have it. Those with more experience please feel free to comment on my resume, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to add more information about your education. Where is your school located, when did you graduate? Also add license information (number, expiration date, states you are licensed in). Add more detailed information about CPR and IV certification. What are the certifying agencies, and when does certification expire? You can add that you are planning to pursue ACLS certification.
