student visa

Sorry guys, i didnt know where to ask this.

What if someone under B2 visa already in the US wanted to go to school, declared it upon entry to the immigration officer (but of course didn't say that it was for nursing school), but did not get the "prospective student" note on the I-94. is it still possible to do change of status to F1 after about 2 months of stay? (the length of stay given was only 3 months) Another question, what reasons can one give to the immigration to want to extend the visit under B2 visa?

    I am right in the B2 visa is a tourist visitors visa. I have no idea about US immigration but I would imagine that if you want to change your Visa now then you need to be up front with them now and see what the response is.
