This is a great video. Thanks for sharing.

Can you tell me more about your experience? I've been a nurse for 3 years and am considering DNP or CRNA school.

Specializes in CCU, MICU, and GMF Liver.

What school do you go to?

Specializes in SRNA.

Great video! Though I will speak up a little for MSN programs, we actually are a front-loaded didactic program. We spend 10 intense months in classroom and simulation learning, then go for 18 months of full-time clinicals, peppered with some classroom time in between. Granted, we are the last Master's class at my school before it transitions to DNP, but over 30 years of the MSN program, we have an over 90% first-time pass rate on boards and very low attrition as well. Just depends on the program :). Thanks for the info on the first year, it will definitely help as our class navigates CRNA school!

I have plenty of videos about my experience on my youtube channel "Bolt SRNA". Check it out and hopefully it will be of help to you.
